FAQs
How can I get in contact you for a puppy?
You can email us under our Contact Us section. You can also fill out our adoption questionnaire.
At what age do we place our puppies?
Puppies are placed after they have reached 11 weeks old.
Do French Bulldogs snore?
French Bulldogs are one of the breeds that have brachycephalic airways. The flat, wide face dog breeds tend to snore and make snorting sounds.
Why are purebred French Bulldogs more expensive than other breeds?
Breeders must first purchase a purebred female and a stud male or purchase semen from another breeder. Many breeders, such as ourselves, breed our dogs by artificial insemination. This requires multiple progesterone tests via vet before collection and insemination. We A.I. our females multiple times during her ovulation. Almost all french bulldogs require C-sections ($1,000-$2,000). The large bulldog head and the small hips make it difficult to birth naturally. Puppies require around-the-clock care and many supplies. The pups require vet checks, vaccinations and de-worming. French bulldogs, on average, have litters of only 3-5 puppies. A responsible breeder will generally only breed a female 3 times during her life. Additional money is spent health testing and DNA filing.

*These figures can vary due to breeders location, Registration paperwork, and Dam & Sire blood lines.*
Can French Bulldogs stay outside for long periods of time?
French Bulldogs make great indoor companions! French Bulldogs should not be kept as outside pets due to possible heat stroke. Frenchies are sensitive to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
How to chose a breeder? Buyer Beware!
Most show breeders will not breed a female until they are 2 years old. Any puppy, by most state laws, should not be sold until after 8 weeks old. We will not place our French Bulldog puppies until they are 10-11 weeks old.

A breeder should answer your phone call once you have established that you are ready to purchase. They will set up a time to see the puppies or live video chat with you. A breeder should want to get to know you and where the puppy will live. Many breeders may not allow buyers to come into their home to view puppies due to fears of disease or robberies. The goal is to place happy, healthy pets in safe & loving homes!

Scammers will generally not talk with buyers directly. They will text and send stolen photos or videos. They will secure funds from you and never meet you with a puppy. If you are lucky to get a puppy from a scammer it will most likely not have the correct paperwork promised, be sick, or may not even be purebred.

A breeder will generally tell you who their local vet is so that you can verify the dogs are well cared for.
If the deal sounds to good to be true, it probably is. A quality, purebred French Bulldog is worth the price.
